Country Specific Instructions - Your Travels

In the supplementary information page you have to list your travels. It also asks about my spouse, should i fill this in for my wife even if she is my sponsor, and she is canadian? If the answer is yes, is it trips she has taken outside of the UK (this is where we live currently) since her 18th birthday?

No. They are only interested in the applicant's travels, not the sponsor's.

It's a generic form used for different types of applicants. For instance, you would fill in both in a case where it is the parents being sponsored by their children.
