Country of Residence for IEC Application

Hi,
I am a Irish student currently studying in university in the UK. Due to the length of the university terms I spend less than six months per calendar year in the UK, and am never here for more than three months
consecutively, spending the rest of the year in Ireland. I do not require or have any sort of residence permit for the UK, and have not registered as a resident or anything like that.

Do I put my country of residence on my application as Ireland or the UK, or should I include this information elsewhere in the application, or omit the UK entirely?
