Hi,

On my emedical PDF the receptionist added my country of birth as "Republic of Ireland", and passport issuing country as "Ireland".
These are both incorrect, I'm born in "Northern Ireland" and my passport used was a British one. She changed the passport issuing country to UK but said she was unable to find an option for Northern Ireland so it remains Republic of Ireland.

Has anyone had this issue?
Anyone born in Northern Ireland have a correct emedical certificate?
