Hi all, my PR application was approved but never received COPR. I am currently in US. My EE profile says - "Counterfoil valid" until 2025 and "COPR invalid", expiry 2025! I dont have physical visa stamp in my passport. Would I be able to travel to Canada with counterfoil document in EE profile but no actual stamp in the passport?

I was told my CIC that once I enter Canada at port of entry, COPR status will be changed to "valid". However, my question is - will I be allowed to enter Canada without actual visa stamp in passport?
