Hi ,
I am in canada on a closed work permit and currently planning to apply for an extension . I did go through the eligibility criteria wizard and it shows me i am eligible for an open work permit . Could someone clarify if there were any new rules into effect ?
i am with the same employer . I need to extend my work permit for another year . my work permit is expiring in november and based on the processing time for the work permit extension going on , i would like to apply for an extension now to be safe . i did so the same last year as well .
