Correspondence?

on ECAS it says that they have sent correspondence back in march but still have not received anything? what does this exactly mean:

We sent XXXXX correspondence on March 14, 2018. If XXXXX has not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please have XXXXX do so as soon as possible. Please wait until XXXXX receives the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

If you didn't receive anything then you need to call IRCC and see what the correspondence was.
