Correspondence letter after AIP

Hi there every body,
Yesterday, I recieved a correspondence letter regarding my biometric. However since then, I have received no new updates. How long do you think will it takes to receive the passport request.
What is the problem on your opinion as must of applicant recieve their passport request much sooner than this. Here is my time line.
Submitted: 6 may
Biometric: 8 July
AIP: 7 October
Correspondence: 2 November
Country of origin: Iran - not required medical
