Hi guys, this topic has popped up but even then I don't have a modern concrete answer with ITAs and PRs to back it up.
The question in personal details asking "Has <my name> ever applied to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada?" should be Yes or No for someone who has applied for a Temp Resident Visa (Visitor Visa)??
Following, the answer "Has any of these been for Expess Entry" is obviously No. But what would I put as the UCI, still have nothing concrete (from IRCC) showing where the UCI is on a visitor visa. I'm sure most of you have visited before making the decision to immigrate. What did you do in this scenario?
If you have ever applied for Visa either Visitor or Student or any of those to Canada, then your response would be Yes.
However if you check your past canada visa request file and did not see the 8-10 digit number, you can continue your application leaving that space blank.
