Correct NOC for primary teacher 4214 or 4032

Hi,

Wanted to check which NOC 4032 or 4214 is applicable for primary teacher? Can we opt for either of these 2 codes for primary teacher profession?

4032 for an actually qualified primary school teacher. The other is for ECE practitioners, which don't require a teacher's license. The 2 positions are mutually exclusive according to the NOC.
