I have a question regarding express entry:
Me and my wife (accompanying spouse) are applying for a PR through expressentry program. Once we receive our CoPR, i believe it is valid only till one year from our health assessment and we need to enter canada before the CoPR expires. My question is: what if only I(primary applicant) enter canada before CoPR expires and the accompanying spouse doesn’t. Can we just redo her health assessment and bring her to Canada later or do I need to apply for her PR again under “family Sponsorship” category?

Use it or lose it. Her COPR will expire and you will need to sponsor her from the beginning again. There is normally no extension available, unless IRCC made a procedural error or the expiry date is unreasonably close to the time of issue.
