Hi I submitted P2 on September 5,2023 but COPR is still pending my family also received ecopr . family is not landing in Canada till I received COPR.family ecopr is valid till 15 March 2024.

Speak to a lawyer, then call IRCC
 
Reach out to your MP boss, I was waiting for my eCOPR for four months (since Sep 29), they reached out to IRCC just yesterday and this morning I got the eCOPR. Good luck!
