COPR Waiting Times - London VFS

Has anyone received their physical COPR recently from the London VO? I submitted my documents in July and am still waiting to receive my COPR. I'd love to know anyone else's timelines to see if this is usual. If anyone has any way to contact and find out any information that'd also be really helpful.
