Hi Everyone,

I live in USA on H1b visa.
I received COPR in November 2020 and got immigrant visa stamped in the passport with expiry date of Sept 2021.
At present they are allowing immigrants from USA to move if they intend to settle permanently.

Due to personal situation I am not able to move to Canada permanently this year. My plan is to do so next year summer of 2022.
What can I do to get this extension?
Please advice.

Move now, land and don't waste your CoPR...
Stay in Canada to receive your PRcard and go back to USA to arrange your permanent move
