Anyone has any idea how long it is going to take for my PP to back from Mumbai VFS (NDVO) after stamping Visa with the COPR? Sent PP on December 23rd 2019.

Generally 10 calender days from day you submitted passport. However with Christmas and new year break, expect it to be longer
