COPR received after March 18

Hello,

I received my COPR documents in May 2020. COPR expiry is 31st Oct 2020.
I am currently living in US, and borders as per the latest news are closed until 21st Aug 2020.

Q1. Can I enter Canada after 21st Aug? Is there an official news from Canadian authorities?
Q2. I plan to enter Canada from Buffalo, NY. Do I need to do 14 days quarantine in Canada if I choose to return back to Buffalo the same day (after paperwork is done)?

i am not sure but i am guessing not as all in person interviews are cancelled. since you're already crossing border maybe you can inquire with the CBSA when you're there.
