My husband got his passport back with visa and COPR. I want to ask all the COPRs have this thing written because we dont understand what it means
"Must report for medical examinations surveillance or treatment and at specified time and places and provide proof of compliance" and then there is a quesion " have you ever been convicted of a crime.........
Anyone who got COPR I just to confirm they have this written in the form. Thank you
Don't worry, I landed in Canada as a Permanent Resident 4 1/2 years ago as student who was sponsored by Saint Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia. It was written also in mine like you mentioned. I have actually my documents here that talked about Medical Survaillence but don't worry you are previleged to that COPR. When I landed at my port of entry which was Montreal they received me as a king by the officer who granted me Permanent Residence and she was kind and friendly. All I can say congrat. Eagle333
Thank you so much for your reply...we are now relaxed. My husband arrives day after

You're welcome. wish you all the best.
I don't have such legend on mine (the one stating you must report for medical examinations).
