COPR mail delivery

It's been almost 20days since CIC sent my wife's COPR to the old address by mail. I have requested to forward all mails to the new address.
(We are residing in the States). I don't think it would take more than 20days to deliver a letter size package from Canada to the States.
has anyone ever experienced the same situation? or should i wait a week or two prior to making a call to CIC?

How do you know that they have sent at old address,?
They Informed you.?

i wouldn't be surprised actually. the return receipt postcard attached to a missing document i sent to CIC took 2 weeks to get to me in the states! Canada Post is SOOOOO slow. Do you know if the document is able to be forwarded? There could be a restriction on the delivery...

Not sure. hopefully it is forwarded. crossing my fingers at this time.
