Based on your previous posts, you are a U.S. citizen that has received your COPR already, correct?
If so, you must have called/emailed CIC to get the landing appointment, correct?
The landing appointment, is really just that; an appointment. Unlike an interview, where the officer has doubts or concerns about the applicant and/or his/her relationship with the sponsor, your appointment is to activate your COPR. You will find it to be surprisingly uneventful...and fast.
Just bring the items listed on your letter.
Too bad you couldn't have just made a border run, to flagpole. No appointment needed.
Yes, I am a US Citizen and applied via Outland. I have been staying in Canada for the entire process with visitor extensions. Yes, I have already called the CIC and have my date. I chose the interview versus POE, because it is my understanding CBSA doesn't like doing it and it is easier through CIC.

you didn't choose to have an "interview". all you did was choose to make an appointment o land at a cic office instead of cbsa. your landing appoitnment is not an interview. it is strictly a procedural landing. you present your COPR, they sign it, you sign it, they stamp it and send you on your way. all you need is your COPR and passport. you've already been approved, there is no interview required.
i would actually argue that landing immigrants is something CBSA actually likes to do, since it's helping people start a new life in canada rather than dealing with illegal activities at the border. i'm not sure what research you used to determine CBSA doesn't like to do landings, as it's something I've NEVER seen suggested.
