Hello I received my PR Card on December 31, 2024. My son is outside the country and I am wondering if anyone in the world knows when he will receive his COPR. IRCC is driving us nuts!!

Is his passport under stamping? If so, which country/IRCC office have you sent his passport for stamping?
 
He is in the Netherlands, he still has his passport and IRCC did not yet reach out to our Canadian Immigrations Services for his passport. We need him here in our business, our lawyer sent every month since Dec 14 a letter to IRCC to proceed, but there is still nothing happening
