Hi. Need someone to enlighten me. My CoPR expired when I traveled back home to my country. I understand that my CoPr have to be confirmed by an immigration officer on my first port of entry going back to Canada before getting my PR card. However, big problem hit our family that is why I stayed in my country. But I want to return to Canada because it has been my dream. Do i still have chance to re-enter Canada with my expired CoPr and passport only?

The question you are asking is not clear. Did you land in Canada, and have your CoPR stamped and signed? If so, you can get a PR Travel Document to allow you to travel to Canada. If you did not, you will need to re-apply for PR.
