COPR document number is updated on tracker but no communication from IRCC yet, its been a month

Hi All,
I am seeing COPR document details in my application status tracker account but no communication from IRCC yet. Its been a month since my COPR document# was updated in the tracker and I believed it will take maximum a week to get further communication. But it has been a month since then and there is no update on my Express entry profile. Express entry profile still shows in progress even though the tracker shows all as completed in green. Someone in the same boat? Please advise.

This is normal. IRCC is still processing your application and your application hasn't been finalized / approved yet. The COPR document number is assigned as an administrative step but it doesn't mean they are ready to issue it yet.

Same here. My all steps were completed on 8th November but nothing done further

Greetings! I am a EE- FSW (inland) PR applicant and i am awaiting the final PR portal emails. Following are my timelines:


ITA received 8th Dec 2023

Application filed 30th Dec 2023

Medical done 1st Mar 2024

Biometric done 15th Mar 2024

Background done 8 Apr 2024

All 4 fields in tracker showing completed ( eligibility, background, biometrics, medical)

Final decision : April 18, 2024

COPR number generated ( in tracker) -29 Apr 2024

No updates after that-email for e-CoPR portal


I called IRCC they are saying they have not sent any PR portal email ( as of May 3rd) . What can be done here? Please help.

My visa office that's managing the application is Ottawa.

Should I call again to check or is there any other efficient way ??
