Hi
My destination city in the CoPR is Ottawa, but I will be landing from Vancouver due to the availability of flights. I will then stay in Vancouver for a night (layover) and then head to Ottawa the next morning. It is going to be a very long flight and route.

Can I still complete my landing procedures in Vancouver and still receive my PR Card at my address in Ottawa? Can you please confirm??
