COPR - deley

My friend contacted Ottawa asking about her CoPR and they said they sent It on April 23. But she hasn't received yet. Have someone here had the same situation of deley?

I'd be worried too, that's long even for Canada Post. First check with all persons who could have misplaced it (landlord, roommates, neighbors - mine threw away my driver's license renewal). I receive 90% of my mail on Mondays, so I'd say wait until Tuesday and if she still doesn't have it, contact CIC again.

Thanks so much for your reply. She already sent An. Email on thursday and is waiting for the response. It is really strange.
