COPR and PPR???

Hi guys,

I have applied PNP inland and then applied EE. I have just received COPR today.

I thought I will get the PPR first and then COPR after. But it seems like I skipped PPR step.

Is it because I am already in Canada?

another question is where should I send the COPR letter and 2 photo copies? is it the address written on the letter on the first page? The letter did not specify where I should send the documents for PR card.

Last question is how long it usually takes to get PR card?

I’m from India and it’s not under visa except country.
can I know when you got your ITA, AOR, Biometrics and COPR
