Should I include work references for my coop work experience prior to graduation as well? Or only the work experience after graduation counts? Thanks!

assuming you want to apply under Post-Graduation stream, the work experience from co-op actually doesn't count towards CEC so I'd only include your work experience after you receive the actual diploma. also, experiences before receiving your diploma doesn't count as well.
