My husband came to canada 2 years ago he had a drivers license from pakistan with experience and it got approved in British columbia Canada. Icbc issued my husband a class 5 drivers license. My husband wants to obtain a class 4 license and he needs 2 years of driving experience in canada(which he has now) and he needs a letter from pakistan for one year of driving experience clear of any criminal charges or convictions. We are confused who do we ask in Pakistan which authority to issue a letter. And what should be the format. If anyone has done can you please attach a copy or let me know what we can do.
