If I have a wife who was born and currently lives in USA and I was born and live in Canada and I want to do a spousal sponsorship to have her move here, will a criminal harassment conviction from over 10 years ago stop me from doing so?

It would be best to get a consult with an immigration lawyer before filing your application.
Most of us here are big "do it yourself-ers". But this is one of those cases where you are best off getting legal advice.
There's a ban against sponsorship if the conviction invovles bodily harm. Your conviction doesn't. However I'd recommend a consult all the same since the conviction involves a past girlfriend.

Ok. It was when I was 19 and it wasn't all that serious, even though I was convicted but I did read somewhere this may be a problem. I have no criminal record outside this small time period when I was between 19 and 21, I was also convicted on unrelated charges of I believe failure to comply and causing a disturbance. I was also wondering if these convictions would stop her from being able to sponsor me or me being able to move to USA. Thank you for your replies and help.
