my spouse is in canada on the visit visa and i would like to change it to the OWP.
I am a PGWP holder which is valid till 2015.My job occupation comes under NOC B , so i am elible to apply for my spouse.
Need to knew the process and should we cross the border for the changing of the status?

Hello - you dont have to cross border in order to change the visa status. Like you said, since your job comes under skill level B, your wife is eligible for OWP - you can apply online (using my CIC account) or by mail - i recommend applying by mail. although it take longer, you can attach more supporting documents along with the application. Make sure to attach your employment contract (it should your job responsibilities, so that CIC can evaluate your skill level whether A or B or so on !!)
