What are the documents/steps required to obtain an open work permit if a person holds a temp. resident visa (valid till 2026).
 
First you need to secure a full time job offer from an employer in Canada. That employer then has to obtain an approved LMIA. You can then apply for a closed work permit tied to that specific employer.
