I have scored below in IELTS, please help me converting to points as I am not able understand for 0.5

Overall Band 8.0
Listening 7.5
Reading 8.5
Writing 7.5
Speaking 7.5

Can anyone tell what is my score in terms of language proficiency points out of 128 and how to calculate?
