Convert Visitor visa to farm worker permit

Wanted to ask is it possible to convert visitor visa to farm worker permit while being inside Canada ? Also how long will be the validity of the farm worker permit ? Ive heard its 2 years. Also in these 2 years is it possible if I find a another job with LMIA will i be able to convert from farm worker permit to work permit for the new job ?

And yes, you can switch to another closed work permit with LMIA in future if you are able to secure such a job.

Thanks for the reply. Still a bit confused as i heard no LMIA is required for farmer work permit but the above website says lmia needs to applied by employer. Also I can convert from visitor to farmer work permit from within Canada right ?
