Convert outland to inland PR processing

Profile information:
Program: Federal Skilled Worker - Outland (FSW-O)
AOR: Oct 2019
Citizenship: India
Country of residence (at time of application): USA
Current place of residence: Toronto, Canada
GCMS notes - Final: APPROVED

Situation: Due to Coronavirus, my PPR/CoPR had not been issued. Meanwhile, my US visa expired and got Work Permit approved for Canada. I entered Canada through Toronto airport and was given Work Permit.

I wanted to ask what is needed to get PR as soon as possible? I tried navigating the IRCC website but to no use. I need PR processed urgently (if possible) so that I can move cities for a job and not go through work permit changes.

I am in the same boat, my FSW PR is already in process and my employer is filing for my closed work permit.

Did your move to Canada expedite the FSW PR application ?
