Is contractual full-time job (40 hours per week) considered as permanent job under EE?
The contract is yearly renewable.

It doesn't matter if you had a contracted end to your job or it was permenant. As long as it was skilled work it will count. The "permenant" requirement is just for when applying for an LMIA.
