Contract work as direct work experience

Hi

I'm a commercial diver. 7384

I have 17 months directly related work experience in positions as an employee.

I have 8 months experience as a commercial diver in the urchin harvesting fleet where we're paid by catch as opposed to hours. Sometimes I work 300 hours and some months only 50.

I'm wondering if I can include any of this experience to apply for PNP now or if I need to wait for more officially employed work experience.
