Hi, is anyone getting this message "Our online systems are currently down".
I have received the Invitation to apply and AOR as well. A week ago I received a message to upload the original IELTS score sheet. I have uploaded it, but every time I press enter to submit, I get a message " "Our online systems are currently down- please try later".
Has anyone been facing this issue.
Is there a helpline or mail address to contact the CIC?

Use Case Specific Enquiry Form as an alternative to submit requested documents. I encountered the same issue and finally got it submitted by this means.
