I am currently on open work permit approved until September 2027 and it's linked to my husband's study permit. He's finishing his PhD and will apply for a PGWP in July 2025. Since his study permit expires after 90 days of the program completion date, I think my work permit will expire too, specially because I have a note on my permit that says "accompanying spouse on SP, valid to same date".
It's unclear if I can continue working while his PGWP application will be pending.
Has someone had a similar situation? Please advise, thanks!!

You can work until your expiry.

Very strange to see such difference between when length of studies and SOWP but agree you can work.
