Content in the mail

Hello

I know may be its a silly question but I want to be sure. I will have to sent a email to CPC-CTDOttawa@cic.gc.ca
requesting them to print my wife's visa out side North America

I want to know what should i include in the email, I will providing the following information :

-Reason for email
-Spouse full name
-Date of Birth
-Current country of residence

Is there anything else I should include?
Should I need to mention anything about me? I will send my passport to Ottawa

Please help me
