requesting them to print my wife's visa out side North America
I want to know what should i include in the email, I will providing the following information :
-Reason for email
-Spouse full name
-Date of Birth
-Current country of residence
Is there anything else I should include?
Should I need to mention anything about me? I will send my passport to Ottawa?

just email them explaining that your spouse is not in canada and your details and her details and print that sent email and write a formal letter to cic stating that you have emailed them about ur spouse visa change .send ppr email,photo,email print formal letter and then send it.that way as soon as they recieve ur documents there they will sent an email rightaway .
