Wondering if anyone has contacted CIC to add information to their online BOWP application. I have made an error in the explanation letter and would like to make them aware of this before they begin processing the file. Can anyone tell me what the email address is? I called CIC and they said online files cannot be modified which I know. I think they are not knowledgeable enough. If someone has contacted CIC about the BOWP let me know.
