I sent my permanent resident application under type Quebec Skilled Worker in December 2014. I confirmed by tracking that it was delivered on December 18, 2014. I'm concerned that I may have mailed it to the wrong location. I sent it by courier to 49 Dorchester, Sydney NS. After looking at the mailing info again I saw the address PO Box 8888, Sydney NS as an intake office for Quebec Skilled Worker class. I'm concerned because I don't want my Quebec Selection Certificate to expire before getting an acknowledgement letter. I can't seem to figure out who to contact because the phone number 888-242-2100 cannot be called from the United States. I've sent emails to every email on the CIC site. Does anyone know who I can contact to get some answers. I would like to know whether it was sent to the wrong place and what I need to do about it.
