Dear forum members,
i got refusal letter from visa office london on job description issue.i want to proceed for reconsideration to visa office.in how many days maximum we should respond as i have to get experiance letter from my old employer as i am on new job,my old employer is taking time to finlise my resignation procedure and then issuing me experiance certificate.

For appeal to your IO, its 30 days, and for Judicial review, 60 days.
