does you "Letter of contract" must state your job description / responsibilities which you have to perform or it would be sufficient to explain job description / responsibilities in the "References Letters".
the contract i have doesnt states job description / Responsibilities.........would i need to get new "letter of Contract" from the employer which would state job description/responsibilities or the previous is quite fine..
I submitted only letters of reference from previous and current employer, no letters of contract, and in the letters of reference,they only stated my job position in general, not detailed responsibilities

In my case, after sending all documents they requested copy of employment contract too, which i submitted along with bank statement as they also requested detailed bank statement as letter stating balance is not enough,,,

I guess it depends on the visa office and officer processing the case, was that through the Quebec program? I know the Federal application requires more proofs and documentation, and Quebec is a little more flexible, plus they give you points if you visit Quebec

No letter of contract may or may not have job description / responsibilities. It is sufficient to explain job description / responsibilities in the reference letter
Your previous contract letters are fine as far as you have the reference letter stating job description / responsibilities
