Contact IRCC regarding webform doc submission?

I had a request for an updated Schedule A (they wanted an additional 4 months of info added on) with a due date of July 11. I contacted them via webform to let them know that I did not have any option to upload to my GCKey account, and waited a while for response. When I didn't hear back, I uploaded the requested docs on June 28 via webform. I have not received any confirmation yet that they have received the docs. I didn't receive a response to my initial webform until 3 weeks after I'd submitted it, and the response was "just submit through webform." Obviously I don't want to run into any issues with them thinking that the docs are late. Should I attempt to call to verify, or do they have some built-in time allowances for stuff like this? The response time to a webform is absolutely dreadful.

you wont get a confirmation from the webform. for your peace of mind, you can definitely call them!
