Consultant Agreement Job (NOC 0124) Considered for OINP?

I have been working as a Marketing Manager (NOC 0124) on a consultant agreement for the past 1 year and trying to apply for the Ontario PNP program. Will this job offer be considered by OINP, I have all the documents and salary stubs for the past 1 year and get a reference letter from CEO as well. Please let me know.

So you have a job offer for OINP because you mention job offer?

If not, if your job responsibilities match the NOC then yes. Assume you have an EE profile unless you have a job offer.

Thanks, @Naturgrl, I might have not conveyed this well, I am working for more than a year (NOC 0124) which is a requirement for OINP, however, my agreement with the employer is a Consultant Agreement as the employer is based out of the U.S and doesn't have an entity in my country. The job responsibilities match the NOC 0124 though. I got this job a year ago and have been working here since then. Would this count as a work experience for OINP?

Yes. You just need a CRS score within the range to be selected.
