My parents with Indian passport got PPR request today. Their closest VFS location is Hyderabad.Can one parent submit the passport of the other in person? If so, is there a particular form that needs to be filled to give consent?

S/he must take the passport request letter of the non-accompanying parent + signed VFS consent form (can be downloaded from the VFS site) + a letter authorizing the parent to submit the passport on his/her behalf (plain stationery, no specific format)
