I am married and annulment is on going however the process is quite long. Me and my partner is 4yrs in relationship. I am confused what to do. Need your suggestion guys. Should we wait the annulment result which we don't know when it will be finish as the Judge availability is unpredictable. No pre trial has been started yet as it was rescheduled twice already. Or can we submit the visa application now through Conjugal. We wanted to live together the soonest.

I think I read a post the other day about someone else who was going to try to go for conjugal because of the inability to get a divorce in the Philipines as well. Try using the search tool on this forum for your topic.

Assume from Philippines? In this case IRCC typically doesn't demand an annulment must be done, and there have been many successful conjugal apps in this situation.
Yeah. Not too sure. I think some people who are married to someone other than the principal applicant have been having problems. But yes, check the forum for those threads
First of all i would like to say thank you everyone for taking time to read and give comments. Actually I'm almost done with the requirements and filling up the application of Conjugal, and we're just having second thought if we'll proceed to submit or not.
I read some succesful applicant here also from Philippines same situation like us im planning to apply conjugal partnerships i dint know what is the first thing to do.
