Hi there just a question as I'm stuck in a predicament .I want to sponsor my girlfiend the conjugal way. Reason for that is that i was previously married in the Philippines 10 years ago and want to bring my girlfriend to Canada. I have divorce papers in Canada. We have been together in a relationship for over 3 years now and been there 2 times and planning a 3rd trip. Annulment and recognition of divorce is so long to do and so costly. Do you think that could work? Just looking for insight on this matter. Thanks for your time. I'm a natural born Canadian not a PR.

Since you have divorce papers in Canada, can't you travel and get married in a 3rd country?
How about applying TRV for your girl friend so she can travel to Canada and get married here.
We have applied for TRV and it was denied. I can travel to a third country but covid sure makes everything hard to do that.
So I think conjugal may be a route you can take. There are a lot of information in this forum for applications related to sponsor and PA from the Philippines because of the marriage law there.
