Conjugal Sponsorship

This is the same sex relationship question.
I am in Canada as a newly received Permanent Resident. He is in middle east. we have been dating for past 5 years.
Now lets get into details.
I am indian & he is from pakistan. None of our birth countries support same sex marriage. We applied for his work permit, but recently got a refusal.
As of now to prove the relationship all we have have is the call & mssg history money transfer receipts skype pictures etc. I m planning to go visit him now to see what he wants to do next
but I was wondering , how will I be eligible to start sponsoring him as a conjugal partner.
& in this case do you think what are the chances of approval.

He needs to apply for a TRV. If approved, there is no barrier to you becoming common-law or marrying. If the TRV is refused, you can apply for conjugal.

They say you shouldn't tell them you're going to get married. Isn't that withholding information and potentially lying about the reason of visit.
You shouldnt lie... when my husband then boyfriend applied for a TRV it was to visit friends. He came for a week then left. The next time he entered we got married

And his sponsorship came through?I you don't mind me asking, what nationality was he.

It sure did. Hes dominican. If your partner can come to canada or you can go to another country to get married you dont qualify as conjugal. Plain and simple
