Hi guys.
Im new here and I hope anyone can enlighten me. My GF and I are deciding to file for conjugal partner. She will be the sponsor. I got married at an early age. Eventually, my marriage didn't work out. I flew out of my country to move on. That's when I met my current partner who is a Canadian PR. No divorce is allowed in my country of origin so up to now, I'm still locked on a binding contract of marriage. My question is, am I allowed to file for a conjugal partnership though I'm still married in papers? There are still no papers evidence that I am separated. No legal separation or marriage annulment.
Thanks
