IF YOURE REFERRING TO THE WRONG FORUM THAT I POSTED, STILL

They have the right to apply conjugal. They can apply conjugal because, she can't get a divorce to be able to live with her partner to apply common-law or even marry her partner if she wanted to.... that is the barrier... and as for the second posting you posted still they are Manila Philippines which is a country that doesn't recognize same sex couple THE BARRIER.

PRECISELY, THATS WHY IM TELLING YOU, THAT THE FORUM THAT I POSTED HAS NO CHANCE FOR COMMON-LAW ROUTE.
ANYWAYS, GOODLUCK TO YOUR APPLICATION. GODBLESS YOU
OK thanks everyone! I just want to reiterate that this is a question for a friend, not me. I was wondering what those people who WERE successful did to get their PR. As CP is rarely successful, of course I'd recommend getting married or one of them try to get a job in the other country so they can at least apply as common-law after a year or so together. I just want to give them all possible info. Thanks!
